Finance Executive (AR - Netting) [Freight Forwarding / Logistics] [5 DAYS / JURONG EAST] (KCKC)

Working days: 5 days, 8:15am – 5:30pm
Salary: $2800 - $3500
Location: Toh Guan(Jurong East)

• Inter-company group AR & AP overseas global netting: Reconciliation, checking, declaring, settlement and clearance.
• Create AR statement of account.
• Reconcile AR & AP aging and follow-up.
• Retrieval of invoices from system / overseas country.
• MUFG netting declaration.
• SAP clearance & off-set.
• Audit report working and analysis.
• TT remittance group netting / overseas agents, etc.
• Settlement through banking system input netting template for AR & AP.
• Follow-up inquiry and disputes.
• Proper documentation and e-filing of supporting documents.
• Distribution of output to respective division.
• Prepare the prepaid company break bulk charges billing report.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested by the Manager / HOD.
