Finance Executive

About The Role
We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our Singapore team. This is a mid-level position responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of our Singapore entity, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory filings under Singapore accounting standards. What You'll Be Doing
Manage full-set accounts including AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and month-end / year-end closing Prepare financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) Handle GST filings, corporate tax computations, and liaise with external auditors and tax agents Manage payroll processing, CPF contributions, and employee expense claims Support annual audit and ensure timely submission of ACRA and IRAS filings Assist in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and management reporting Coordinate with external service providers (company secretary, tax advisors, banks) Support ad-hoc finance and operations projects as needed ...
