Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely completion of month-end closing activities for accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger through diligent journal entry management.
• Prepare and execute journal entries encompassing budget accrual estimations, prepayment allocations, adjustments, and reclassifications.
• Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations to uphold data accuracy, promptly identifying and addressing any discrepancies, unreconciled items, or aged entries.
• Record acquisitions and disposals of fixed assets in the accounting system, while also calculating depreciation for all such assets.
• Perform detailed analysis and reconciliation of fixed assets.
• Generate and deliver punctual monthly and annual management reports, including facilitating the yearly audit and submitting tax-related documentation during annual closing. <...
