Finance - General Ledger Accountant

Overview

The successful candidate will be part of the Finance Unit of Kris Business Hub (KBH), a Malaysia-based entity providing corporate and operational services in Kuala Lumpur. They will maintain accurate general ledger records and deliver timely financial reporting in compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements, while supporting group reporting and consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and configuration of the ERP system.
• Support the development and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify issues and work with stakeholders to resolve them prior to go-live.

2. Month-End and Year-End Close

• Prepare and review journal entries (accruals, provisions, depreciation, reclassifications).
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing in accordance with the close calendar.
