Finance Head (CPA)

Overview

CPA| Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director for TSS and Head of TSS Department, the Accounting & Finance Head is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations within the organization, including Accounts Payable (AP), disbursements, treasury, billing and collections, tax compliance, reconciliations, general ledger (GL) management, financial statement (FS) preparation, and coordination of external audits.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is a must


• At least 5 years of experience as Head of Finance


• Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, and strong communication and leadership abilities.
