Job Description

Responsibilities
 Manage the end-to-end delivery of monthly management accounts, ensuring robust variance analysis that identifies commercial risks and opportunities
Lead the monthly P&L review process with operations, translating complex financial data into actionable operational insights
Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process
Maintain the fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
Optimise cash flow management by overseeing the end-to-end AR and AP cycles
Oversee all external reporting requirements
Identify opportunities to digitise and automate manual finance processes, leveraging AI and modern ERP capabilities
Motivate and lead your team, providing performance leadership in the form of coaching and mentoring, on a regular basis

Qualified accountant (CA, CPA or equivalent)
