Finance Manager (Barcelona)

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management : lead and supervise an accounting team (2‑3 people), ensuring effective task distribution and professional development.
• Financial Statements and Reporting : prepare group consolidation adjustments, analyze and monitor adjustments for GAAP differences (local GAAP vs. US GAAP), prepare and deliver the monthly reporting package, perform flux analysis and provide justifications for main variances, collaborate on external audits, assist in the review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, provide financial reports to senior management and assist in the analysis of financial results and key performance indicators.
• General Group Accounting : ensure the accuracy and compliance of group accounting records, oversee and review group accounting operations across the group, guarantee compliance with local and integral accounting regulations across the group.
