Job Description
We are hiring a highly motivated Finance Manager . This highly visible role is responsible for the continued development and maintenance of our financial operations and reporting to support our fast-paced growth.
Responsibilities
- Proactively lead finance efforts, ensuring compliance with Canada’s Securities regulations, including National Instrument requirements, and our Restricted Dealer and Marketplace registration.
- Lead efforts to prepare Crypto.com Canada for CIRO membership, updating finance policies and procedures accordingly.
- Provide regular updates to Senior Management on the compliance program.
- Ensure policies and procedures meet regulatory requirements and are properly executed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliance.
- Prepare reports for Management and the Board of Directors.
