Finance Manager (Capital Budget)

You will strategically plan and effectively manage capability development and budgets to support both short-term and long-term buildup plans for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS).

• Assist in the preparation of short-term and long-term budget plans for capability development and research and technology projects
• Perform the duties of approving officer for funds for capability development and research and technology projects
• Prepare reports to senior management on budget requirements and performance
• Support finance matters related to capital budget planning and management
• Implement digitalisation or automation solutions to improve budget management processes through Data Analytics (DA) and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
