Job Description
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant license is required
- Minimum of five (5) years of solid experience in General Accounting
- Willing to work on-site (MOA, Pasay City) from Monday to Friday 9am -6pm.
Job Description:
- Mentoring & coaching of finance personnel, regular property visit
- Regular supervision to Property Accountants
- Preparation of finance internal control, policies & procedures
- Ensure strict implementation of set internal controls, policies & procedures
- Ensure 100% filing of BIR returns & other government agencies requirements within deadline; review of accuracy of BIR returns & attachments
- Ensure managed properties have updated audited Financial Statements
- Ensure managed properties have accurate and updated accounting books, with data retention period compliant with regulatory requirements
