Finance Manager – F&B Industry | Individual Contributor (New Setup)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to join a growing F&B group in Singapore. This is a newly created role with no prior incumbent, offering the opportunity to set up internal financial systems and processes from the ground up.

This is an individual contributor role with vendor oversight and collaboration with a lean internal team. You’ll be working closely with the senior leadership team to support business expansion and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures tailored to the F&B sector



• Lead preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports



• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support decision-making
