Job Summary

We are seeking a highly capable finance operations leader to establish and lead Payroll functions. This role will oversee payroll operations governance and compliance across multiple countries and entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and stabilization of Payroll operations within the SSC.
• Oversee payroll governance and controls.
• Oversee payroll accounting and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and labor requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls and maintain SOX compliance framework.
• Support audits and compliance reviews.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, tax, treasury, and finance stakeholders globally.
• Support ERP implementation and process migration activities.
• Develop KPIs, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
