Job Description
Reporting directly to the General Manager in Mauritius and functionally to the Group CFO based in Dubai, the Finance Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading the full finance function, ensuring accurate management reporting, statutory compliance, and alignment with group accounting standards.
- Managing cash flow, treasury, and working capital in a high‑volume, multi‑currency environment.
- Overseeing revenue, margin, and cost control, working closely with operations to ensure accurate billing and profitability analysis.
- Supervising accounts receivable and payable activities, including credit control, supplier payments, and reconciliations.
- Driving budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and providing commercial insights to support management decision‑making.
- Improving finance systems and processes, supporting automation, reporting efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
