Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the companys full financial management and reporting function.
- Responsible for putting strong financial controls in place to reduce any business risks.
- Manage the external audit process and take responsibility for the preparation and management of the annual budget.
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are adhered to from a tax perspective.
- Oversee the organizations outsourced IT infrastructure and systems.
- Oversee procurement processes, supplier payments, and adherence to approved policies.
- Manage the relationships with key stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting, together with completed articles and a professional qualification such as SAICA, SAIPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years hands on financial management experience.
- Must have experience sitting on Manco/Exco.
