Role Overview
This role combines full-spectrum financial management and strategic business development responsibilities. The incumbent will oversee financial reporting and controls while playing a key role in land acquisition, investment evaluation, and development feasibility analysis to support the Group’s expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Finance, Reporting & Controls
Review full set of accounts prepared by FSSC, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
Analyze monthly management accounts, identify key issues, and provide corrective actions on accounting treatments, cash flow, and tax-related matters
Oversee cash flow management and prepare rolling cash flow projections to ensure liquidity and support operational and investment needs
Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely audit completion and minimize audit adjustments
