Job Description

 Working with a Housing Association to look for a Finance Manager to join their growing team
 Location: Nottingham
 Onsite Requirements: Hybrid (2 days a week)
 Salary: 55,-60,
 What the Finance Manager will do:
 Rent and service charge reconciliations 
 Medium/Long term forecasting and financial business plans for the organisation
 Prepare cash flow reports
 Lead year end audit 
 Manage statutory accounts
 What the Finance Manager will have:
 ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification
 Practical experience within audit
 Line management experience
 Background in financial accounting 
 Experience working in Housing and a regulated environment
