Company Overview We are representing our client, an industrial equipment distributor in Malaysia, mainly supporting the palm oil, refining, petrochemical, and water/wastewater industries, in their search for a Finance Manager to join their team Responsibilities: Review and finalize Monthly & Quarterly Management Accounts both Malaysia and Indonesia and report to Japan, HQ. Monitoring and review of company account to ensure Accounting Standard and company policy are meet. Attend to Accounting and Finance enquiry from HQ, Tax Authority, Bank Negara and Government authority. Monitoring company cashflow and update treasury report to director in weekly basis. Maintaining Fixed Assets Schedule and journalise monthly depreciation in the accounting system. Perform checking on all the claims, payment voucher and online payment before getting director approval for payment.
