• Oversee the entire financial accounting cycle for the Real Estate department, which includes revenue recognition, accounts receivable, vendor payments, lease agreements, and property-related expenses.

• Responsible for the timely closure of books on a monthly basis and preparation of MIS reporting to the management.

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
