Job Description
A leading global real estate organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Finance – Real Estate to join its corporate finance team. This role is critical in overseeing financial reporting, operational processes, debt management, audits, and other key finance functions supporting a growing North American asset portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Management
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding of investments, including organizational structures, fund flows, bank account setup/closure, loan agreements, cash management agreements, closing statements, and purchase price allocations
- Liaise with tax teams, third party property managers, and other internal stakeholders
