A well-established REIT / real estate investment platform with a diversified portfolio of assets is seeking a Finance Manager to support its finance and portfolio will be responsible for end-to-end finance support across the portfolio, including financial reporting, treasury, and investment-related activities.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparation of monthly consolidated financial reports and investor reporting packs

Budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across the portfolio

Month-end close, reconciliations, and SPV financial management

Support acquisitions and divestments, including financial due diligence and analysis

Support loan management, covenant monitoring, and banking coordination

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CA/CPA preferred)

8–12 years of relevant experience, ideally within REIT, real estate, or fun...
