Job Description
Title: Finance officer- FSRA regulated at ADGM Role Overview:
The Finance Officer will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the firm in compliance with FSRA regulatory requirements. This includes financial reporting, budgeting, capital adequacy, liquidity management, and supporting the compliance with FSRA prudential rules applicable to activities such as Private Financing Platform (PFP) operations, Arranging Deals, and Fund Management.
Qualifications s Experience- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in finance/accounting within regulated financial services
- In-depth knowledge of FSRA rules, especially GEN, PRU, and COBS
- Familiarity with PFP operations, fund structures, and investment advisory models
- Professional qualification: ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent (preferred)
