Finance Officer (Esplanade)

Looking for a meticulous and organised individual to support backend finance operations.

• Prepare bank reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies
• Process refunds and payments to external parties
• Assist with journal adjustments and financial data preparation
• Support procurement and administrative duties
• Maintain proper filing of finance documents and records
• Assist in clearing backlog cases and other assigned duties

• Diploma in Accountancy or relevant working experience
• Fresh graduates with any diploma and comfortable working with numbers are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
