Finance Officer (Financial Services)

Contract, 2 years. Full‑time. Location: Depot Road. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm. Salary: Up to $4,000.

• Helpdesk : Address, resolve, and provide solutions to queries received through emails, calls and training/briefing sessions; follow up with GROs on queries; compile and categorize all queries with regular updates.
• Training/briefing : Attend training sessions conducted by the process owner and assist in answering finance‑related questions as required.
• Creation and Confirmation of Vendor : Follow up with GROs to obtain complete documents; review supporting documents and create vendors in the system; track and maintain the list of created vendors.
