My client is a large London-based charity with a great reputation for delivering excellence which offers hybrid working.

Your new role

My role is Finance Officer. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Daily download and reconciliations of bank statements to CRM and processing of ie via bank transfer.
  • Daily posting of membership database data into the accounting system
  • Reconciliation of ie to the bank statements
  • Manage the end-to-end supplier invoice and expenses process
  • Process refunds for overpayments
  • Handling iing finance queries by email and telephone
  • Issue remittances, receipts and prepare ad hoc invoices.
  • Manage thepany credit cards, including manual posting of expenditure to the accounting system
