We are looking for the best talent in the industry to support Bizagi’s rapid growth across Latam. The Finance Operations Analyst will support the daily operations of the global Billing processes.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

• Create accurate and timely invoices to customers on Workday based on requests from commercial operations, ensuring that all billable items are included and correctly input.
• Ensure customers receive the invoices according to their requirements and stipulated dates.
• Review and reconcile billing records with accounts receivable accounting to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure that revenue is marked correctly when needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues related to billing, such as answering questions about invoices, resolving billing disputes, and providing payment assistance.
