The Finance Operations Director is an integral member of the extended Client’s team, embedded within our finance operations capability to drive seamless delivery across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and broader finance functions. This role operates as a true Client’s team member — sharing our values, culture, and commitment to excellence — while leading a talented finance team that works as one with our onshore colleagues. The Finance Operations Director champions collaboration across geographies, builds strong relationships with business stakeholders at all levels, and takes shared ownership of outcomes. This position is accountable for people development, team growth, service quality, and helping Client’s finance operations evolve as the business scales.
