Finance & Operations Lead - GAAP/IFRS, Forecasting

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective internal accounting processes and procedures
• Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
• Lead and coach a team of junior account executives
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely collections of receivables
• Establish and monitor internal controls
• Oversee accounts payable processes and payments
• Manage proper inventory control for the Group
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze financial performance and advise senior management on potential areas of improvement
• Oversee all the tax matters such as transfer pricing, tax incentives, tax deductibility of expenses, etc within the Group
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and bankers
