Finance Supervisor / 40k / 2 yrs Experience / Pasay City

Job Specifications:

Must be graduate of BS Accountancy

Knowledgeable in Contract Logistics Business Forwarding, Warehousing, Brokerage & Trucking

At least 2 years work experience in the field of Logistics

Knowledge in Tax and Statutory Reporting

Good communication skills with wide network capacity, aggressive and smart

Proactive and good at problem- solving, has initiative and positive outlook



Job Description:

Oversee daily Transactions

Review Billing data and on time submission to customers

Review disbursment data

Prepare Bank Reconcilation

Bank Verifications

Monitor advances by employees

Serve as a back up in case of staff absences



Monthly Recording and Monthly End Closing

Support the closing review of PNL and BS items

Month end internal reports

Statutory filing (taxes, Government Remittances etc.)
