Finance System Lead

The Finance System Lead bridges the gap between core accounting governance and NetSuite system administration. This role ensures the absolute integrity of the agency’s financial data across two distinct companies, 55 project types, and 150+ funder-driven P&Ls. They will serve as the internal NetSuite Champion, optimizing workflows, enforcing grant compliance tracking, and supervising month‑end closures.

• NetSuite Governance & Dimensional Architecture
  • Maintain the Global COA: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for the Chart of Accounts (COA), NetSuite Custom Segments, etc.
  • Grant & Program Onboarding: Translate new government grants, donor contracts, or service center locations into the correct NetSuite system parameters so data tags automatically from day one.
