Financial Accountant Lead (US)

Job Overview:

Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of accounting systems and financial reporting across a group of Bahamian entities operating in:

• Mining & Manufacturing
• Logistics & Distribution
• Real Estate Development (Residential & Commercial)
• Hospitality (Resort Development)
• Property & Facilities Management

This role will be responsible for organizing currently underdeveloped accounting functions, implementing standardized systems and procedures, and building a scalable financial infrastructure
