Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements in line with IFRS requirements.
- Maintain general ledger with accurate transaction postings.
- Ensure timely reporting to meet the Group standards and deadlines.
- Assist the Financial Controller in the preparation of yearly budget, quarterly forecast and the 3-year plan.
- Manage debtors and creditors, including timely follow-ups and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely statutory submissions including CSG, PAYE, TDS, VAT, Corporate Tax and APS on MNS or other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Responsible for the accuracy, completeness and reliability of the accounting records and compliance with IFRS.
- Ensure internal controls are in place and that existing policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Monitor hotel revenues, costs, and key performance metrics and variance analysis.
