Financial Accounting Specialist

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational manufacturing company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a mandarin speaking professional with at least 7 years’ of finance and accounting experience. The job is based in Subang, West Java, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Establish and lead the finance and accounting function.
• Manage KEK incentives, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Manage accounting operations, month-end/year-end closing, and cost accounting.
• Ensure compliance with PSAK, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, regulators, and KEK authorities.
• Monitor banking relationships, working capital, and cross-border transactions.
