**What you will do:**
Join the growing Sports Medicine business unit within Stryker’s Endoscopy division as a **Financial Analyst** supporting inventory management, inventory existence, and compliance-focused process improvement. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, commercial teams, and finance to help strengthen inventory controls, improve reporting, and build scalable processes that support compliance and business performance. This position is ideal for an early-career finance professional who is analytical, detail-oriented, and excited to help drive operational excellence through data and process discipline.
**If you are a local candidate in Colorado, the role will be hybrid and is defined as being in the office Tuesday-Thursday every week. If you are located anywhere else in the US, you will be remote.**
