+ Maintains and processes the daily workflow of E-Invoices in Settlement Manager, the Administrative Program in TechBuy.
+ Process documents in TechBuy, Banner, and USAS for payment by examining transactions for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with state, federal, and local procedures and regulations.
+ Interact with departments and vendors on payment-related issues.
+ Monitor the Accounts Payable email inbox for any items assigned.
+ Prioritize and schedule daily workload. Keeps management aware of any issues or concerns.
