Financial Assistant (San Luis Potosí)

Reboot Monkey is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to join our finance team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including managing accounts, assisting with budgeting, preparing financial reports, reconciling invoices, and helping ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Accounts Management & Recordkeeping

• Assist with the daily management of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
• Support the reconciliation of bank statements, accounts, and credit card transactions.
• Manage petty cash and other small transactions as required.

Reconciling Invoices

• Reconcile invoices to purchase orders, receipts, and vendor contracts to ensure accuracy.
