General Statement

Fiscal Shared Services provides accounting support and customer service to departments across the Bozeman campus while collaborating closely with central University offices. The team performs a wide variety of business processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting and analysis. The Financial Associate will be responsible for accounting transactions and processes, expense/revenue reconciliations, financial report generation and customer support. Duties and Responsibilities

Provides exceptional customer service to client departments through high quality work and responsiveness.

Performs the accounts payable functions for a diverse set of clients, processing invoices, journal vouchers and purchasing card transactions.

Initiates accounts receivable invoices to external and internal customers and assists with collection of revenue on behalf of clients.
