As the Financial Controller / CFO , you will lead the financial governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic fiscal management of the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, this high-impact executive role takes full ownership of SGX Catalist compliance, IFRS/SFRS financial reporting, and investor disclosures.
