Job Description
GSK is seeking a highly qualified Financial Controller to join our Finance Team within the Close & Control Hub in Poznan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of reporting across GSK while gaining exposure to a dynamic, global biopharma environment, including leading a team and working closely with the business and other senior finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main C&C Europe finance contact for Business Development Deals, ensuring timely, compliant reporting, validating accounting for acquisitions/divestments and leading the C&C process end to end.
Lead the review and optimisation of the Target Operating Model (TOM), including Supply Chain entities and drive standardization across Close & Control (C&C) Europe.
