Company Overview

We are a global freight forwarding company that specializes in the packaging and movement of dangerous goods.

We currently have 4 offices in South Africa and a number of offices in Africa. We are looking for an experienced person to join our accounts team.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Hands-on approach to all functions relating to the accounts department for African offices.
2. Ensuring clients receive their invoices and statements at the required times.
3. Managing the debtors and ensuring the company always recovers its money for the services it has provided.
4. Petty cash management for all African offices.
5. Ensuring the accounting system is always up to date and accurate.
6. Reporting to senior management on a global level.
7. SARS submissions for PAYE/VAT.
8. Bank reconciliation.
