Financial Controller

A growing, entrepreneurial business with multiple entities and investment properties is seeking a Financial Controller with the vision and leadership to grow into a CFO role. With over $40M in combined annual revenue, we’re looking for a strategic thinker ready to help scale operations and drive financial performance.
What You’ll Do:
Lead all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting
Oversee accounting operations including AR/AP, GL, and job costing
Drive process automation, financial analysis, and KPI tracking
Guide monthly/quarterly close and reporting cycles
Manage and mentor a small accounting team
