The Leader – M&A (Middle East) will be responsible for setting up, growing, and leading the Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Transaction Support practice across the Middle East. This entrepreneurial role requires a visionary leader who can:

• Establish and scale advisory service offerings in the region
• Lead FDD engagements end-to-end
• Build and nurture client relationships
• Drive strategic expansion beyond Dubai
• Develop partnerships with institutional investors including PE funds, sovereign funds, HNIs, and family offices
