Involvement in the pricing process
Core Competencies Solid understanding of derivatives and options markets, including pricing, risk management, and ability to structure basic option products
Deep knowledge of at least one market segment: Structured Rates, FX, Commodities, Credit, Equity, or Quantitative Investment Strategies
Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments
Technical ProfileProgramming experience in Python, C++, Java, or equivalent languages, in addition to VBA
Understanding of basic pricing models and quantitative methodologies
Proficiency with automation tools, including AI-enabled solutions
