Financial manager

Key Responsibilities Manage financial reporting, compliance, and statutory requirements Drive financial process automation and system improvements Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools Support funding applications, lender reporting, and board reporting Lead and mentor finance staff across operational units Oversee ad hoc finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives Minimum Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting CA(SA) qualification advantageous Minimum 8 years’ relevant finance and management experience Strong technical finance, reporting, and financial modelling skills Experience with financial systems and process automation Agriculture industry experience advantageous Willingness to travel when required Personal Attributes Detail-oriented and analytical Hands‑on and proactive Strong leadership and communication skills Able to perform in a fast‑paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
