Financial Officer

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger entries
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts and payments
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
• Support payroll processing and related documentation
• Maintain records of fixed assets, depreciation, and inventory
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and report
• Help ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
• Provide support during audits by preparing required documentation
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies
