Financial Operations Officer

A well-established car carriers company has a vacancy available for a Financial Operations Officer.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Full bookkeeping function up to Balance Sheet
• Overall participation and very hands-on with operations
• Defining bookkeeping policies and procedures, keeping operations in mind
• Full Accounts payable and receivable function
• Handling subsidiary accounts
• Assist in preparing information and documents for auditors and compliance
• Perform secure and confidential banking
• Hands on with Key Accounts as well as communication with OEMs

Desired Experience & Qualification

• High level of honesty, ethics, understanding and integrity
• Knowledge of Xero or Pastel
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper
• In depth knowledge of financial reporting
