Job Description
Financial PA Manager
This position is a key member within the Finance organization and will be responsible for a multimillion-dollar operation. The role includes month‑end close, quarterly business reviews, forecasting, variance analysis, and cross‑functional partnership with local and regional teams to ensure alignment with metrics and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis and market insights to support strategy decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Sales Ops, and Pricing teams to define go‑to‑market strategy and provide execution status updates.
- Build and maintain complex business and forecast models used to drive business insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with the Business Operations, Credit, and AR teams to understand deliveries, billings, and collections.
- Assist month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and ad‑hoc analyses.
