Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

The FP A Analyst is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical support to help guide strategic decision‑making across the organization. This role focuses on emerging markets and experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

• Develop and maintain annual budgets and financial plans
• Prepare rolling forecasts
• Perform variance analysis (actual vs budget forecast)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Analyze business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support strategic planning and decision‑making
• Partner with business units to provide financial insights
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Assist in cost control and profitability analysis
