Financial planning & analysis (fp&a) manager - latam

The Manager – Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is an integral member of the Finance team adding value through assisting in forecasting processes and in the analysis of data to identify variances to plan and areas of interest. Responsible to conduct research (historic and forward looking) to provide insight into variances from plan and projected variances to plan, by preparing management reports to communicate financial results and outlooks. Requires ability to function as a strong business partner to provide timely, accurate data and interpret information to support management decisions. Responsibilities Provide high level financial reporting, comments, and analysis for meetings with each LATAM component; ensure financials align between statutory and management systems.
