2 Reporting to Investors, meeting data needs of the Senior Management
3 Cost reduction initiatives and review at corporate level
4 Projections, funding options, new investor, new bankers, banking relationship at Mumbai
5 To liaise with various consultants, tax experts, advocates
6 Cost sharing, cost allocation between group companies, TP - control, Intra group transactions
7 Designing Policies, procedures, SOPs for accounting and finance/accounting operations
8 Working Capital control at entity level including cash flow
9 Evaluation of different and newer business models from various operational, logistics, accounting, tax angles
10 Financial Authority Matrix adherence and review
