About this Role   
We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to support business decision-making through robust financial planning, cost control, and performance analysis. This role involves partnering with business heads to deliver accurate forecasts, insightful reporting, and strategic financial inputs that drive value creation. The individual will be responsible for managing FinX data, interpreting cost structures, and ensuring alignment with Group Finance guidelines. 
What you will do   
Maintain and track approved cases in FinX, including HC BC/CRs and Role ID data. 
Collaborate with Global Service Lines and Finance teams to interpret cost and recharge mechanisms. 
Develop financial plans aligned with growth and efficiency targets. 
Produce forecasts for traditional and commercial models to meet business objectives.
